It puzzles me as to why we can't support an excellent candidate in Dr. Dan. He is sincere and has the correct message. He is not a career politician and I thought that is what we wanted. What the h— is going on with this Wilson fellow? I still say that this is a way to put that disgusting dem into office for the 1st district. Come on you guys, wake up!!!!!

I am the Tea Party Leader,…Traverse City Tea Party Patriots

As well as a member of the Tax & Spend Must End – Petoskey, MI
and the Northern Michigan Liberty Alliance, groups.

I never said or claimed to speak for “everyone” in the Tea Party. If you go to YouTube and check, there are over 8,000 videos of people across the county stating “I am the Tea Party Leader.”

Get you facts straight before you lie and put words in my mouth that I never said in your postings on various blog sites!!!

A Leader is someone who leads, is active and promotes a movement!!!

Looking at the big picture it looks like our legislature is forcing output cuts from energy and gas producers. At the same time, they're denying this permit citing a "lack of demand" but overlooking this so called "lack of demand" when approving the fantasy windfarms. Frankly its criminal.

Is there really any difference between big government and slavery? Once big government only permits you to exist under their terms, you are no longer free. Chains or no chains, indentured servitude is still a form of slavery. My liberal friends will argue that subservience is necessary to preserve the general welfare of the masses. I would argue that they prefer the comfort they get from shackles. The strict rules provide them a warm fuzzy comfort they don't get from free thought and action. Slavery (big government) is their security blanket.
